Just pure and if my windows where any shinier I would need to wear a welding mask.

My water runs through a resin vessel after the tank. If I used an additive would it damage the resin in any way.

GG4 £35 for 3.8L

Vision  nearly £120 for the same amount.

Couldn't tell you if the results are any different.

If you add to it, how can it still be pure?

We spend enough making it pure so why change it once we're there?

It would clean the resin. Nah the resin would probably just get rid of the additive :)

these additives dont change the tds of the water mate.they add a shine to glass and frames,a few bubbles and break the surface tension of the water when rinsing.

ive gone back to adding a bit of vision but half the amount i was using before.

how much gg4 do you add dave to say 500L?i think ill try some once ive used this vision bottle up.

cheers

One bottle of vision would last me around 5/6 months i would say. So about £3 a month. I can JUST about afford that.

10 ml - any less and I don't see the bubbles much so it probably isn't doing anything. Froths like mad if added the same time as the transfer hose is pumping.

I can't prove it's any better than pure water alone - could be all in my head. Doesn't seem to make the brush slip on the glass but does seem to make the water sheet better/faster.

I used vision and had no problems with it, but I was impressed with Dave's testing and use of gg4 also, and no offence to the vision guys  Titan labs have been in the chemical game longer.  Then yes the price has to be looked at as well with 4 vans bringing filled per day.

As for pure water,  it's great, but I will repeat what I noticed (and a few customers) that windows washed 4 wky over a period of time (eight months or more) never seemed to shine like they did in the early months with vision or gg4 this brings back the shine - pure water is a great cleaning agent but over time produces a dull finish to frames  ( if you wash your hands with pure it seams to strip you of natural oils in the skin ) an additive restores this, my water still reads 000

Yes exactly Darran. On really bad cleans i used UBIK 2000. After the first clean they never really got that shine back.

Vision has fixed it. For what vision is costing us, i aint fussed. £3 a month. Dad seems really happy with it.

I would advise anyone to have a dabble of adding to their pure water . It really is cheap using Vision over a period of time .
