The Ford Ranger;

Renault Trafic (SWB) (my current van);
Length: 4,782mm
Width: 1,904mm
Height: 2,497mm

Not a great deal in it, but yeah, you're right, that extra foot or so can make the difference.
I like the reversing camera on the Ranger WildTrack.
