To blame the vision I feel is harsh , lol ...
It's been fine for you mostly for say 8 weeks or more , then you clean in the winds and then say it's the vision .
I think the WIND is the big fundamental factor
Not quite so given the facts I know about Dazmond.
He's not had complaints from working in the wind before (or at least hasn't posted about them). Now he has. He's not a newbie; he's been WFP for about four or five years. The one thing that isn't constant from his normal way of working (that we know about) is that he's using Vision. So, I would suggest that it just might be Vision causing the problem.
I'm not saying it is. However, if I were selling a product, I might be tempted to test to see if there really is a problem with the combination of wind and Vision.
Vin
Vision has been extensively tested vin.
Even to the stage of taking backpacks out with just pure water in, and having our van systems with vision/pure, doing certain windows with vision, and certain windows with pure.
There is no increase in spotting due to vision. Its most likely to be an external weather problem.
I certainly wouldn't be using vision if it was making my job harder, and the same goes with all other testers/users over the past year or so.
It's really easy to test though for any who are unsure. Test it out on your own windows. Just pure on some, then vision/pure in others.
See the results for yourselves and don't just take it on face value.
