how much??

can anyone help. im thinking of selling my domestic round as i have so much contract. my round is worth £42000 a year. how much would u put it up for sale for?

That rules me out from buying it then.

Get as much as you can for it.

Your round is nearly the same size as mine for money earned.

im just not sure what to charge. its a five week round. i think with water fed someone can do it in about 4 days a week.

42000 divided by 12 = £3500 a month.

If you switched to a 4 week cycle the round is worth more then a thousand pound a week.

If you were to ask for 3 or 4 months money for it, your looking at 12 to 16 thousand.

Though that might be considerd cheap. In the end it will only be worth what somebody is willing to pay.

The alternative is to sell it for say £5000.00 with a cast iorn contract that they pay you £300 every week for a year. It makes it cheaper to buy with the prospect of getting more money for your round over a period of time.
