My 450GPD this time of year takes around 9-10 hours. (400L holding tank)
No booster pump however i have 70-90 psi mains pressure.
475PPM - down to 6PPM then through twin DI's

Flushed it properly ?
Is it just the feed from the RO going into the tank?
Any idea on pressure ?

Do you know the pressure though?
Have you disconnected the RO from the Di to measure LPM ?
Flushed ?

Disconnect the RO producing tube and time how long it takes to make one liter LPM (liters Per Minute) That the pure feed going to DI
Pressure and cold will have a massive effect on it.

I would say no as it's taking nearly twice as long as mine.
I would look into water pressure and look at LPM before DI

Depends on what you are producing at i guess. I produce at 6PPM and still use DI (we get free resin though) I would hazard a guess at pressure is lower than mine.
