They do if you pay for the sat delivery or if youre not too far from their depot you can collect it for no extra cost

I missed my Gardiners delivery yesterday (Friday) - rang up the depot, told it will be re delivered on Monday 😞

Does anyone know what aquadaptors delivery service is like?
Ordered a few bits from there a couple of days ago, havnt even had a message to say 'your order has been dispatched'.
I ordered some stuff from cleaning spot at exactly the same time which turned up yesterday.
Funny cos the cleaning spot delivery was free, yet paid £5.95 for delivery from aquadaptor and it still hasn't arrived

I only ordered a few small bits, 3 weeks is a long wait and will put me off ordering from there in the future.
Unless of course it was free delivery, which it wasn't..

Hi Dave

I have emailed you your FedEx tracking link. We use a next working day service which does not include Saturdays. If you ever need something in a hurry then you can ring up and pay the extra for a Saturday delivery.

A point for future reference is that if you had created a customer account on the new site when you bought your stuff from the website, you could have logged in and tracked the shipment from your account area. Your account will also keep a history of past orders/invoices which can be useful for accounts.

Thanks Alex, I did try to set up an account entered a password etc but it wouldn't let me in. Tried the forgotten password tab too and nothing happened
No hurry for the order - just wanted someone to be in really.
