 ???

It would generous to say George could do half what cp can do for you,

But each to their own

Must admit been looking at different options as few mention cleaning planner, currently use ing George

So had look today looks quiet interesting

But george does what I need, it does need a little updating ie needs to work on Apple without using parallels better overview of details that you can view especially with some of the reports

But it's so much cheaper,  I think CP is starting at £15 a month

What can I say, if George does what you want then your on a winner especially if you don't want to pay for an upto date going program, for us the time saved just by using the automated features more than outweighs the monthly cost ( basic package works out at what 70pence a day ?? )

Streamlining - that's what CP had done for me.

Exactly Matt,

Nick
We must save round 30 hrs per week using cp, so that's 30 hrs more free time, or 30 more hours being productive rather than faffing with software so, 30 hours times mt rate = a nice saving, so I could argue using George would cost hundreds a month...

Depends how look at things ;)

About a pound once you buy the software which is £50.
We look at them, they look through them.

I've saved office time by half, switching to CP. 1.5 hours extra a week, 6 hours a month for £25.00...

Cleaner Planner is good.

However .........................

In it's cheapest version it's not exactly miles in front of George for the Sole Trader. George always was pretty good.
If you employ or use the mail chimp stuff, texting, multiple emails and all that jazz then yes it's probably quite advanced.
I use it and do like it but much of the stuff on there isn't needed by me on my own.

Anyone with George can try Cleaner Planner just by contacting Rob and sending over your file - worth a try.

No, no shares in it mick, just a simple fact that rob was able to provide a fantastic program that incorporated everything WCP had but move on to automating lots of things, I tried George 4 yrs ago, and even then I found it outdated, I am but a simple wndow cleaner with no investment in any other company, but I will promote those things I have tried and compared against other items which IMO deserve to do well and more importantly be of benefit to others...

That's why I am positive on Gardiners poles and brushes, cleaner planner, the Aquatap.

Things like Tecbuk brushes, aquadaptor, Viking easyshine are good products but let down by after sales service, price or are just not good as the above items.

I have tried vision, but as yet I have not reccomended it on this forum because as yet I can't say it has a big effect on cleaning, although the guys do like using it.

At the end of the day, I give an honest account of my experiences with a product and how it matches other items on the market, sorry if that offends you

i used george for 5 years and its a good cheap program but i switched over to cleaner planner nearly 2 months ago now for a few reasons.

the mobile app    my palm pda was playing up and i didnt want to go back to printing worksheets/debtlists out again.

email invoices    dead easy to do with CP once rob sets it up for you

drag and drop    great for juggling jobs about on the planner

no worries if your PC/phone dies    CP can be accessed from any PC/mobile phone quickly and easily.

no worries if you forget to back up your work    rob backs up your work hourly and to 3 different servers

web based program    so updates can be instant without having to check whether you have the latest version

customizable invoices   you can add your logo and write notes on invoices.brilliant IMO

text night before direct from mobile worksheets   love this.saves time.

ive got the basic package at £15 a month.i think its well worth it and robs customer support is fantastic.
price higher/work harder!

Hi Susan, what exactly do you mean? Unlike WCP which has no export function, you can export your entire database from Cleaner Planner at any time.

I use George on a windows tablet, that's mobile enough. use an iphone and cut, copy & paste to text multiple customers in one go. Best thing I love about George is it does everything I need and I own my copy outright with no monthly fees or worrying if the internet goes down or whether I can get an internet signal as some of the places I work don't even get  a phone signal for mobiles.
Tried WCP once, it was ok until  the glitches come along and trying to get hold of the person who invented it was a joke at times. With George I don't have to worry in a few years time the programmer has done a bunk or lost interest in customer support.
I like George and am content with it.
All those of you who like cleaner planner, each to their own, if it makes your life easier than good for you. I for one won't be trying to learn a new program simply because I don't need to or need to waste a minimum of £15 a month on something like George which I've used since I started and I have tried several programs, familiarised myself with them and always returned to George in the end.
