fan vs oil filled vs convector

used oil filled rad in van overnight in the past but to save space started using a little fan heater 2kw, gets hot enough but seems to trigger the trip switch on my exstention cable and wake up in the morning to a frozen van, going to buy a new heater today and dont know if to go back to oil filled or try convector

When I didn't have a garage to park in I tried paraffin, oil filled and then one of these above

I would keep it on low thru night ... think 1 bar with dial in middle then about 6am ish wack it up to 2 bars with dial on full for a toasty van ... never had one trip out on me perhaps cos on low thru night but did use heavy duty ext lead on it.
