Print a slip to let your customers their windows have been cleaned. Print your options for payment on the slip (your bank details for online payment ) PayPal info, or pick a day for collections (Wednesday evening/Saturday morning for example). Self addressed envelope for them to post you a cheque. You will find what works best for you. Collecting is the worst part of the job, so if you can keep it to a minimum all the better, good luck....

I give my customers 7 days to pay then charge admin fee of £3 for the rest of the month and 3 pound there after.Have very little hassle. I do its very matter of fact. From day one.
