Invoice
« on: April 11, 2006, 03:57:43 pm »
Has anyone have a copy of an Invoice they can email me.
Looked on the download documents but can't see anything.
I have just got about 5 contracts from a Housing Association and they want me to email an Invoice at the end of each month.

Cheers

Craig

  Craig,

Just create one in Word, that's what we use and all other companies do as well.

Hi Craig.
As Doug says, Word is usually the program used by most companies.  However, if they use something else. you may want to convert to a .pdf file which can be viewed in Acrobat Reader (this is more universal than Word).  I suugest that you check first to see if the use Word.

If you have Microsoft Excel, the software come with a invoice set up within it, you just need to alter the details which wil take all of 5 mins.

Word is probably the easiest. All I did was look at invoices I had around the house and copied the format of the one I liked the look off :D
