« on: September 01, 2014, 02:55:31 pm »
Anyone used them??
Had a call today from them saying how they target commercial cleaning work and charge £40 per quote that turns into a job. Sounded good to me so am giving it a go to see what occurs. Said ill have 4 by friday to go and price.

So you only pay per job if you get a job from it?

I had a text from them yesterday and they said £25 per lead !
I told them someone else offered me leads @£30 and they replied with we can do it for £25 per lead .

Per lead means its just an appointment to quote !
Its not all that great really when you could get becci to cold call and still get leads for less .

If all goes well with leads on friday ill post there details as im a bit worried that they arnt advertised anywhere online or with there company name so dont want anyone ripped off. I am now also using becci swan who comes across verey professional who deffo does the job at hand from all her solid reviews on here. £78 for 4 hours of telesales is defo not to be sniffed at.

Yes heard back from her today, its £40 per lead and wanted £160 for 4 appointments that she has booked me in for, ill see how they go this time and decide whether to give it another shot or not after the responce of the leads.
From where im sitting though becci swan seems the better way to go so hopefully she delivers the fruit i want.

Basically she makes it out that the leads shes getting you are good and you turn up to see they obviously already have a window cleaner, so only chance you have of getting it is by undercutting significantly which is going to result in underpriced work...so its crap really, dont fall for it like i did, SL Telemarketting complete waste of my money,

Even worst, i turned upto to quote a lead about half an hour early. I was sat on the carpark and another local window cleaner turned up,obviously for an appointment. So your paying her £40 per lead and then she rings up other local window cleaners and sells them the exact same lead but for £25.

I have been lucky realy, I converted 1 into a job already just a small hotel, with another wanting a more indepth quote that is a £900 job 4 times a year. The other 2 are nursing homes so am just waiting to hear back from my emailed quotes but fingers crossed.
I had to pay for the leads £40 each so £160 where i thought was pay if i turn them into a job.
I have given her sl marketing another go aswell for next week to see what comes up in the pipeline but overall i cant realy fault the leads as none had a cleaner already so maybe you was just unlucky. I do think £40 for a lead is a lot but if they convert its money well spent.
Will see how the others go.
