My first messer in a long time!
« on: August 11, 2014, 09:40:13 am »
Hi its Sarah from 28 burnmoor drive,  do you want me to leave the money out or i can drop it round.  Thanks for coming but as it was so long since i rung you i thought you werent coming so i arranged for someone else to come and there a bit cheaper im afraid.

My reply " ok sarah could you please leave the money in a suitable place or i could collect it from you.
It can take upto 3 weeks to be added onto the system so i can keep my work compact.
I can see that there was years worth of dirt in the frames when i cleaned them, so the window cleaner you have chosen is cheaper for a reason. Thanks Adam"

Asif she is even embarresed to let me collect the money from her  ;D

You should have let her know when you quoted that it wouldn't be for 3 weeks until you clean that area.

You will more than likely get a call in a years time asking if you could do them again as her
imaginary window cleaner has stopped calling.

Lol They must think we're stupid and gullible!
I had a big farm house when I first started that I well undercharged on the windows hasn't been done in about two years and the frames where littered heavily with the usual spider webs etc but like something out of Indiana jones, anyway 2 months later I text her and she says no thanks the old window cleaner is back which I knew nothing about but knew she was lying judging by how bad they was.
So anouther 3-4 months go by and she calls me out of blue her window cleaner has had a fall and broke his legs and can I go back, yeah sure double price as it's a one off and she said she'd let me know,, I'm still sat by the phone waiting for the call everyday!!!!
