What is up with BRODEX ????
« on: June 04, 2014, 08:48:14 pm »
I made an order 2 months ago , the stuff came but the goose neck was the wrong size and they charged me twice, with the other stuff the order came to £ 59.00 so I pay £118.00.
asked for my money back and still no payback , so I called them up and asked for a six inch goose neck, (what i wanted in the first place) and some carbon pre filters up to the amount of £59. they send the wrong size neck again ;D and three partical filters  ;D ;D

He means "everybody" knows what Brodex is like and have done for years - almost as long ago as Mafeking. (Boer War battle scene)
It's a game of three halves!

As above, their poles are rubbish, but their customer service is also rubbish, especially if you are a new customer. Example, when i 1st started cleaning windows, i did some training with another window cleaner, he had just taken delivery of a brodex pole which was on offer. The clamps started coming loose after a week, he got in touch with them and they sent him a replacement pole. I ordered the same pole, the same thing happened, only when i got in touch with them, i was told to get some araldite and repair the pole myself.
