were using wcp at the min is this George thing the same ? all I want is to print work sheets and to back up data every night incase my lab top dies , also can you speak to someone via phone if the George syterm dies on your p.c ??

For simplicity i would say yes to george and for what you want.
No phone contact but he is pretty quick with the email replies or just use the forum
