Downpipe Balloon

Anyone any experience in using these? I do a lot of gutter cleaning and was thinking of offering them to custies for an additional charge. Are they effective? Thanks.

Customer supplies, i just pop them in.
I don't offer though.
If they ask though, i just do it for free while I'm up there.
