Aqua Dapter
« on: May 16, 2014, 06:19:28 pm »
Ok let me tell you how ive been getting on with my new slightly altered Aqua Dapter.

The main problems that myself & no doubt some others were finding with the Aqua Dapter MK3 XL was the fact it just didn't seem robust enough, particularly when being used with a gooseneck! The casing on two of my devices snapped in half within weeks and the internal springs had a habit of also snapping! Never the less i had no hesitation in continuing to use the Aqua Dapter as the customer service & aftersales i receive is quite simply superb & i had no doubt the correct improvements would be made for what is the best water saving device on the market for todays window cleaner .
So with over six months of daily usage, while attached to a 10inch Gardiners gooseneck, these were my findings.....

1} No sign of any hairline cracks or evidence of splitting anywhere on the casing.
2} The internal spring mechanism has held firm & no replacement has been necessary
3} The Aqua Dapter wheel has stayed in place {This would occasionally fly off mid-flow}
4} Absolutely no stiffness or deterioration in the mechanism whatsoever
5} No leaks at all & the mechanism again works flawlessly at height.

Conclusion: The slightly altered Aqua Dapter MK3 XL is 100% improved, totally fit for purpose & after six months of regular use it still looks and feels like its just out of the box.

To the folks at Aqua Dapter - I Thank You......... ;)

Some people use a trigger but some times you need to move your hands up and down the pole. Other people don't like the loop the pole hose creates if you fix a trigger or valve to the pole.
