just want to no people who have used the service? ive used them today for request before action I think it was called, 7 days or it goes to court, only for £100 but not the point...

is it worth me taking it to court if they don't bite with this letter and cough up?

yes because it because wont end up in court they will pay it... and incur a 65 pound charge on top of the 100 they owe

Hahaha yea its a hotel, letter got sent out yesterday through them so we will see what the dance is with it all...to be ohnest i new i shouldnt hav bothered with it in the first place, its down as a hotel but it were more like a hostel for homeless an looked like a sketchy dodgy place

They will probably ignore that letter to be honest if its commercial they tend to thin your "bluffing" until court proceedings land on there mat  and they panic

I've used the small claims court in the past for money owed by a hotel. They ignored all requests and eventually paid up the day before court! If it costs me money to retrieve money owed to me then I'll persist until I get what I'm owed! It's principal at the end of the day & I'd use the services of a couple of heavies if all else failed!
