I change mine around 7-10 ppm, although it's sneaked up to 30 with no complaints

For the amount resin costs just change it....this way you get any problems at least you cant count out your waters tds

Iv had spots at 000 you will find that it wasn't the tds that caused them.

why?

Because windows that i have cleaned for nearly 4 years wfp that always spot were worse with 006 -010ppm

For all i know it could be the placebo effect but for the sake of a few £ no point whatsoever.

We are lucky because we get around 95% of our resin free still, but it could change so i wanted to see whats what.

If we do get spotting and i am using 006 - 010 how do i know if its the water or technique?

I swear the windows cleaned better, dried quicker and rinsed better.

But like i say could be a placebo effect. But far far happier with 000 now.

ive used up to 50ppm wthout ill effect depending on frame
and glass,infact i used 110ppm on one new build estate i clean on
and not one spot.

generally use around 14ppm from my rain tanks.

Yep but im extremely gifted my tap water at moment comes out
at 33ppm i can clean 90% of glass with this the other 10% i simply
adjust what i do

It was on a red hot day, i put it down to the tds but could it have been the water drying to fast on the glass? i was working with the sun direct on the glass.
