What did they do with the spare wheel?

When full it's a lot of weight/water to have behind your head.

Good video, but no different to any other WFP installer.

Wydale tank,frame and pump.

I bet the DI is a mission to remove as well lol

Heath Robinson comes to mind here,

Sorry, for me that install does the company no favours

The system looks fine to me, I would however be concerned with the weight limit of that van, it looks like an Astra van?? ???

Think it's a step drill mate.

Don't get the secrecy-blanked out faces & polo logo.
Don't get why the fella would go to that company-looks like a company one step up from DIY but you're paying for at least 3 lads time.

+1

After that video I wouldn't be wanting to get my van kitted our there.

Atleast they got the polish guy to give an interview......:)

Sorry but it looks like a cowboy convention to me.
I mean if your going to be on film at least get a set of sharp drill bits and have a roof over your head.
Nothing smart about that installation.

For a one man band the industrial unit looked pretty big, I assumed the guy from smart flow arranged for a local garage to fit the system, He turned to talk to custy and meet Lee

The frame looks ok but I would be disappointed that it was not made of stainless steel

Agree with most of the comments so far (payload vs tank size, and hose reel location?!), but i don't know anything about wydale tanks, what is the problem with them?.

I can get Jim Burford to answer some of the questions you are asking if you like. WCM TV covers everything in the industry so that people can see all sides of the industry.

my gripe with wydale tanks is that they are unbaffled, they have molds in them which are there to strengthen the tank but they are sold as baffled tanks by many wfp suppliers,

I got fed up with feeling sea sick everytime i drove my van and had a proper polypropylene baffled tank made up, it feels like a solid load you can hardly feel any water movement, the difference is massive,

I wouldnt like to drive round in that astra, have seen worse but its not exactly user friendly

I think wydale tanks are ok up to around 400L

I have had a 350L upright which had minimal water movement.

250L flat which was similar.

650L flat what felt like a bath tub was in the back

When i set up my current van, i assumed that the main danger from water sloshing about would have been from side to side, so i mounted the tank with the baffle in line (this, despite my previous van, which had its system fitted by a company, having the baffles across the van!). Immediately after i started using it, i was freaked out by the fore-aft movement of the water whenever i came to a stop or pulled away!. I don't know if it was just that it made me drive smoother, or i just got used to it, but after a few months i stopped noticing it!.
