Wipe with a mild hydrochloric acid solution and rinse. If unsure try a limescale remover (Harpic will do straight on to a rag), as I said, rinse early and well.

Wear PPE either way.

It's like a pad system. You will be able to add solvents
And scrub.

It's quite easy but it's a clever idea :)

Used this for around 7 years now.

I have found it to be excellent.

Cheaper elsewhere by maybe a £1. But amazon is cheap on postage.

I've used that one and found it o.k.

But screwfix do one called no nonsense found that better spray and rub in with cheap microfibres.

http://www.screwfix.com/p/no-nonsense-upvc-cleaner/86575

Did an inside connie roof and window frames was just as good as cream upvc cleaner and alot quicker.

If your getting up close and personal
The starbrite caravan black mark remover can not be beaten, spray on wipe off

If you want to reach black marks on high stuff, then use g101 at 20% strength through a back pack absolutely brill

Have a look at the roof tiles and you may find these are made from a type of black compressed substance (sorry not technical when it comes to roof tiles) have a few on my round and due to constant run off from these black roof tiles the upvc are stained for life and nothing will get them clean ... when I quote now always tell em if its green it will come off no issues but cant guarantee end result with black stains ... never had a problem

good luck !!  :)
