Winpro how does that work then? As if the big company is really a big company they'd surely be vat reg and claim back the VAT. They would have no advantage over changing windows to a non vat reg one?
I thought you meant you'd charged the equivalent of price + Vat which would have been a canny move
could the alternative to passing the vat on to domestic customers be to improve the days takings by 20% per van by continuous selective canvassing and upselling for a better hourly rate whilst obviously trying to make commercial gains -thoughts pleaseGraham
