Correct me if I'm wrong but WFP is used to avoid working at height ie. off a ladder. The window cleaner conducts a risk assessment and based on that decides if WFP or ladders is best option based on what is reasonably practicable????

We'll this dude is offering a choice. So is that based on the customer carrying out a risk assessment and then choosing the preferred method??

Are you the guy with the DVD market stall

I think they are trying too hard. So many offers, all confusing, too many stupid terms for 'cleaning'. Shame as they may actually do a half decent job.
