I had one like that last week, She phoned and said can we leave it till next time. Yes I said thats 50% surcharge. She said forget it don't bother. I said rightyho.
Saved me telling her that she wasn't getting another clean anyway...

ive bined 2 just like that i was asked by one of the custys when i bumped into them i asda she asked why i had stopped cleaning them i tpold her point blank its an health hazard she just stormed off mind you she had a snotty pal whith her ;D
