Bob, Well worth a try I would say, I have had tremendous feedback.

Lee, they are available from the Window Cleaning Warehouse, and they weigh 75gms.

weve been using one for a while and on standard domestics it is the best and you save loads of water, even a lot more that the aquadapters that we also use.

things i have noticed

on higher windows or windows above things like garages its hard to opperate, the aquadapter is much easier.

the week point of it are the small barbs that come out of the side, i dont yet know were to spares.

would i buy again, yes definatly

we have 18's which are used for most domestics, we wouldnt use anything other than the aquatap for these

and we have a couple of longer, 27 foot and 45 foot poles, the aquadapter is far better on these.

but yes for anyone interested we find it a great tool and its earnt its place, it saves quite a bit of water in most situations

Someone else asked for that, I never thought to do it.  I would have to do another video from scratch as some wouldn't believe it was the same one.  I have tested that one and no leaks but I suppose I have to prove it.  The outer casing is in perfect shape, therefore it stands to reason the internals would be working fine.

It is surprising how strong the barbs are though, with the only time I have seen a problem with them is if its getting constantly pulled and bent. They are flexible and can take a good hit.  Also very easily replaces at 99p each.

Any overall problems Peter ?  Like wear to the mechanism so it turns on/off when you don't want it too ?

What's the price?   Several of my aqua daptors are nearing replacement so keen to try something else

Some people do Dave, and some do in Englnad as well.  I know what you mean and that's what happens when you let someone edit a video for you. No big deal though  :)

OK here is a video that shows the AquaTap working after a bashing. Its the same one from the previous video that was run over then took a bashing.
I have also given the connectors a bit of a bashing as well to show how strong they are.

Smudger two O-rings inside determine the tension, and it will be them that wears if anything.  The O-rings will need replaced at some point but you are talking a long time and they are easily replaced. There are two inside where one would have been suffice.  There is a spring loaded part inside that holds the two disks together and the spring will take up any wear that will occur between the disks, and make sure they are always in the proper contacts with each other. A bit like the brakes on your car self adjusting.

When I designed it I made sure all the angles were covered to make it a very reliable and nearly unbreakable product. I am not saying it will last forever, but you will get a good run for your money.

They are £29.99 plus VAT each.
