Daz, how about going bespoke ?
This guy is near you isn't he ?

I think this is the way to go if you are setting up a diy, proper baffles, low center of gravity, numerous options for fitting pump, battery, flow controller, hose reels, trays etc. options are endless ! your whole system could be integrated in to the design of the tank and then just bolted to the floor of your van.

Window cleaning warehouse one doesn't include the tank.

£200 roughly for 500l

If I started again I would go grippa tanks

Cheers

the one i put up in the link, looks like a " proper frame "  ;D

i remembered the one you where looking at previously ( the bolt together one ) and that looked 5hite.

even though i have never seen the frame that i put up, it does say its a fully welded frame, which it needs to be.
i know which one i would be choosing

They are grippa pro tank frames.. and i have seen them there pretty well made. You can also bolt a pump or controller plate to the front of the tanks and lots of other stuff to.
