Studio arts are very good value for money - - but if you want something with all the bells and whistles, you know who to call!  ;D 8)

Seem quite a few pop up.

Same design,pics etc. I think they do the job of just having a
Website and not a lot more.

From speaking to two guys with the same site they get little to no calls.

You can have the best looking and most expensive site in the world but unless it is on page 1 you still won't get many calls.

I added the site to google places which really helped.Mike at studio arts did some basic seo on it and he could do more at a cost,but as mine comes up on page 1 I haven't bothered.
As I said for the sole trader or small window cleaning firm there fine and will do the job,you can add your own photos and logos and he is quick at making changes for you and easy to deal with.
