This has got to be for the police now, so much evidence, would be surprised
If they weren't interested.

Yes,

It wouldn't have been on police business though, more of a fellow window cleaner in the area chasing up a debt.

Still...

I know exactly what I would do if an off duty copper came round to 'have a word' with me about a disputed business transaction. I'd wager a bet that the copper would end up in more trouble with the fuzz than I would...

There's certainly a case to have a suspicion that the guy might be a bad egg yes.

I've got no intention of going to weymouth and flashing my warrant card in his face if that's what you're getting at.

What I was saying is that I would be happy to go around and have a word with him to see what he was playing at.....which I'd be more than happy for somebody to do for me if I was in the same situation.

Based on what I've read on here, there seems to be a pattern that this bloke fraudulently entices other people into parting with their cash and not delivering on what he has promised. Which isn't on in my eyes.

you have taken a oath so you are a police officer 24/7 , you don't get to pick and choose when to be a civilian

You can read the emails an then look at the bank transfers if you like. Hes a con man but the net is closing in. I'll do everything legally to make sure of that

Sensible not flashing a warrant card, not so sensible announcing your intentions on a public forum you know he uses.

Not having a go, just think it is a bad idea for a copper to use his power like that, it could very easily backfire on him.

He isnt going there being a copper, id imagine he will have the balls to knock on his door and tell him people are onto him and give him a chance to pay the money back! Thats what i would do and in fact a few of the sw window cleaners did for me going to his house.
Even if he did use his police power who cares p allen is breaking the law! Dean helps maintain the law.
