Hey mick I did manage to get a foot on the ladder in lee. I did pick up quite a few customers there ! Even though I got my catalyctic converter nicked there in broad day light 4 weeks ago!!! It cost me £360 to get a new one!!!

£10 for the front ! I try to avoid doing the full house which I charge £14 or £15. I always eat at the manor cafe when I m around! Good food!!

Are you getting good prices in lee??
I do a lot in se13 area and find good customers there, not had anything stolen yet thankfully...am sorry to hear that.
You should goto maggies in lewisham, an all you can eat buffet style lol. Magic.

A lot of the cleaners who charge lower prices tend to be trad so just explain how you will do all there frames, cills, doors, garage door etc and win the customer at £10 front.

Yes they pay on time and dont argue about my prices so must be happy with it.
Some of my best paying customers are polish.
But as said indian and african are what i call customers from hell with getting paid...young english arnt that much better mind lol...

I've some work in the East End and I'd pretty much agree with that except I tend to find proper Indian customers pay no trouble at all where as the Bangladeshi and Pakistani (ex) customers either want extras done for free, and won't give up untill it is done, or they expect the earth for the first clean and never have their windows done again.
Just chant..... Hare Krsna, Hare Krsna, Krsna Krsna, Hare Hare, Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare. It's beats chanting Tory Tory or Labour Labour.

That s right ! In welling some well established wfp cleaner ( with at least 2 vans) charge only £6 or £7 for the front . How is your canvassing going? Definetely harder to get customers to commit monthly at the moment . But I do getl one  off and every 8 weeks.

Welling is verey cut throat though hundreds of window cleaners there!
I havnt canvassed for ages mate as am totally full with customers now.
If i was you id hit shooters hill end of plumstead, one of the areas that i planned to hit and canvass as done a lot of research round there especialy  around roads off herbert road, herbert road isnt the nicest of roads but roads off have good potential as are busy with lots of front only and 1 up 1 down flats(maisonets).
Go and hit it ;-)

I only do work for them if they accept my very high quote. Even then I will insist on getting paid on the day. It's a win win, you don't really want to be arsed with them, so if they decline your high quote you have lost nothing. If they accept then your quids in
