Background -
1. I'm overweight
2. My 11yr old goes Thai Boxing

Custy - 'Is that your son sparring with mine?' She's picked the fattest kid in the place
Me - 'no, mine's the tall skinny one in the ring.'

Kinda annoyed me that she would assume my kids would be fatties just because I am.

Some customers are great, and some are like goldfish. It's like every time they see you, it's the first time? I have a few like this, and no joke, every time they ask if I need any water and should they move the car so I can put the ladders up?
After years of telling them no and no, I'm wfp I am tempted to say yes and get the ladders out for my sanity.

It always amuses me when new customers say that it is commendable that I do window cleaning 'for a bit of extra money'!

Being diplomatic is being able to tell someone to go to hell in such a way that they look forward to the trip.

(High level WFP use) Are you going to blade the windows dry after you finish using that pole/stick ? Big fat No is my reply as the air dries them naturally! ;D

I do a shop every week traditional. Went yesterday and he said 'Don't bother doing them today its too cold' I looked at him thinking he was joking - 'I can handle it I said'
'No I mean its too cold with the door open' ?????????????

I never even bothered explaining that I can clean the door while its shut just the same - as I do anyway usually.

I have one of these really bad and shes not that subtle about it, lol...then she says about one window by the door, says it every time even after i know she watched me doing it ... "have you done this one?"
