New Static RO / DI system
« on: September 24, 2013, 05:14:52 pm »
Hi

as titled

time for an upgrade ...

im happy with my IBC static set up and transfer system... just need an RO / DI system to match...

sometimes do 1000litres across 2 days sometimes less...

looking forward this ratio will increase hopefully so trying to also do a bit forward planning in getting a system that will servive not only now but future demand

Id rather just have one ready to go system from one place that I can just unpack hook up and go as opposed to bits n pieces from everywhere to have  self build thing

im hard water area too hence D/I too

Hope that helps

any ideas..

Thanks

Maybe consider a 4040 RO.

Or if you are not on a water meter, and waste water is not an issue a Merlin will probably be cheaper.
Vyair also sell a twin pumped 400GPD RO which will produce around 1500 ltrs a day.

That Vyair one looks a good deal..

just one more Q re the resin vessel... ive only had the basic ro system / di vessel that pure freedom do with their trolleys.. now this may sound thick put the pipes are thin ... look the same as the vyair system ... i take it the fittings ill have to change as it all looks hosepipe size to me...then hose pipe into my static...

sorry just need to ask ???
