Had a call from a guy who had to remove some carpets from the hallways in some flats. Insurance company said they were a fire risk. He removed the carpets but could not remove the tap they used to fix the carpet. He kept breaking the Marley floor tile underneath. Quick test with Aqua Mix Sealer & Coating remover removed it. Nice little earner & happy client.
