just been looking on ebay and saw a unger 27foot any body got one and what are they like

If its the green 1 then stay away! A brick would be lighter to use. I bought 1 on ebay for £40 without brush and thought what a bargain u till i felt it so ended up giving it away.

Wouldn't touch a 27 foot fibreglass pole far to heavy and bendy.
I had a 27 foot fibreglass extel which would be similar to the unger and a total
waste of money.

If I wanted to save money I'd have a Harris, great little pole.
I've played with fibre glass and I'm glad I'm not using one all day.
But if you can stretch to it go for full carbon.
I have a set amount I do every time I go out so the quicker its done the better.
I'm around an hour per day quicker with the slx over the Harris.
I reckon that it'd be more over a fibre glass pole
