Thinking of offering a £10 gutter survey using a camera ( recording if they are out ) and refundable if they go ahead with a clean. . . . would appreciate your thoughts on this.

Have you a camera and means already ?
If so you have nothing to lose, go for it !
Personally I hate gutter cleans, the only few occasions I've done them its been because the customer has had a problem in heavy rain, blockages, small shrubs etc.

Started using a gutter vacuum a while back, and now upgrading the gear, so feel confident to offer the service to wider audience with local add.
