Hiring a van out :) (East Sussex)

Evening guys.
Right guys here's my dilemma.. My van is going in to the garage in the next couple of week for some repairs and was just wondering on the off chance if any of you kind souls had a spare van and set up to hire for a few days (21st-26th July to be precise)
I'm located in Eastbourne (East Sussex) but am willing to travel..
I no it's a bit of a long shot, but from current experience there's some pretty decent gents on here
Thanks a lot guys
Grant

Your too far from me Grant.
Have you thought about hiring a van and strapping kit down for a week?
Just in case you didn't know. A lot of insurance policies have a 'not for hire or reward' clause in them. If you were to hire a van you wouldn't be insured.
Perhaps better to 'borrow' someone's van if they're willing to offer.
A couple of lads round my manor have borrowed my van in the past (and I've borrowed theirs).
Payment tended to be a bottle of single malt.
One guy actually grew to learn my tastes!

Cheers Darren appreciate the feedback.. The other option would be to hire a van but like you said insurance could be a problem, haven't really looked into as of yet..
I've actually got a spare 350L tank and a spare pumps and controller.. But would just be a lot easier to borrow a van..
Thanks for the input though mate apprentice it

If you've got all that bud-just hire one.
Get something you may consider in the future-could be good knowledge.
A ratchet strap from eBay will hold the tank and you're up and away in no time.
Or-you've probably thought if this-go on holiday. Sub any 'must do' work. You're laughing!
