You get paid to keep the glass clean, if its still clean from last time job done
I agree with tosh
I wouldn't take the mick . But if I walked into an empty office and the glass was still spotless I would probably run a cloth over them quick at most.

I bet most who do lots of commercial would do this , tosh isn't recommending that you con them but that there are ways to be quicker , internals aren't the same as external , it's only high traffic areas like doors etc that get dirty month to month

It is possible thats what has been happening with their current window cleaner BUT  some window slook like they have not been done properly for a while .

And the company have noticed and are not happy along with the fact they are looking at their budget as well so hence the reason for quote .

But they want it done right every time to ensure the windows are always clean hence they want all the insides cleaned every 8 weeks and the outsides every 4 weeks .

Their is a lot of open offices with the glass panels so they need doing as well both sides including the standard windows and reception areas in each building and glazed panels between displays in the design centre of the company . Mike

When we cleaned the windows on the second floor (call centre), two shifts of 200 people, 400 people gassing into their phones, for 16 hours per day the water ran black. They were cleaned on a twice yearly basis and we never missed a window.

We had two buildings to do like this and I checked every window.

Charge to do it right mate, don't cut corners
