tom the secret is being regular,reliable and doing a good job.earning trust and working hard for years!

i know its hard to believe but there are 3 other window cleaners on these estates.one has 2 customers,the other about 4 customers and the new starter has 1 customer!!

over the years at least 5 other window cleaners have come and gone and ive picked up the work!!

i pick up lots of add on jobs on these estates as well in spring and summer like conny roof cleans,fascia/soffits and now the odd solar panel cleaning job.most of em give me tips at xmas as well!

this is only a third of my work though.i have lots of other work like large posh domestic stand alones,4 bed detached,blocks of flats,commercial offices,childrens nurseries,a big church etc,etc.

most of my work is in the same area.its taken years though to refine my round.and im still refining it!it never stops!!

i have to reiterate that i also clean all my work in all but the worst of weather all year round!!customers get used to it after a few years and just pay me without a second thought!

i get VERY FEW PROBLEMS!!if a custy doesnt want them cleaned due to bad weather i just miss them out until the next clean is due.it happens very rarely though.(about 3 or 4 times a year).
