Sorry mate, but it's a bin job for the brush  :(

Happened to me once...
Customer had put grease on a bay roof....for security ???
And on the sills. Chap who worked for me did the windows......AND....the rest of the street  :o
No choice but bin the brush and do the street again  >:(

I would charge them for a new brush! If you had damaged anything of theirs, I'm pretty sure they would have wanted you to pay.

How do people wash it from their skin then or clean greasy pots and pans.
I've had oil and grease on my brush at various time and i use a bucket of warm soapy water, put brush in , rub bristles with hand, rinse brush under running water and repeat until brush is clean
Use a strong washing up liquid or sugar soap, if its that bad then I suggest sugar soap as this cleans almost anything from everything
Thanks,

I've had grease/Vaseline in the brush head a few times off conservatory door hinges and sliders. You can soak them in hot soapy water for a couple of hours, but unless they're fairly new brushes I just chuck them away. Sometimes its just not worth the risk of leaving smears on the glass.

Elbow grease all purpose De-greaser. You can get it from Amazon or a
supermarket. Excellent for removing grease from brushes.
Spray on the brush and rub in with microfiber leave for a while then rinse off
with pure.

I've used a solvent PVC cleaner in the past to get grease off and it worked but I bet petrol would too.

i used virosol... 5 kettles full of water, 2 burnt hands and the brush is fine now cleaned all my windows with it and not a mark on any! i did read the virosol bottle and says its a oil/grease remover so i have found another use for virosol!!!
this stuff never fails to impress

Now give it a good coating of petroleum jelly and the brush will be like new.
