Mine was a 4 window ground floor flat for a fiver every month ........... have a min of £12 nowadays but have to use common sense occassionally ... in an area we do already and will take 2 minutes trad however in a block of 16 pensioner flats so may get a few more old dears onto the books. ........... may even do tops from ladders  if I get any.

Previous job was mansion at £90 every 3 months.

Funny this job meet both ends of the scales but all get same level of service

Replace a roof, re decorate 2 rooms, fit utility room, plus a few extras on that job, £2k+

Previous was fit kitchen and tile kitchen floor and dining room, £1k

Then it was a a house windows at £10 4weekly

All got with in the last week.

Last week i picked up:-

Very small 1st floor office £20 every 4 weeks (11 windows)
Small detached house £14 every 4 weeks
Semi detached country house £15 every 4 weeks
3 story townhouse £25 every 8 weeks
Large country house £35 every 4 weeks (in an out 12 weekly £70)

4 out of these 5 were from phone calls on Friday aswell, Friday was a good day.

Edited to add:- have also lost a £90 4 weekly block of apartments, managing agents have changed and no way in for us.
