Will the grippers on a dry fusion dry plate hold a red or white scrubbing pad for Low moisture cleaning.?

Yes they will be fine as long as there not worn down.

As phil said make sure they are not worn down.

The grippers do wear and maybe if the pad starts slipping you might have to get new grippers.

Replace mine once a year.
