Help with risk assessments

Hi guys,
I just wondered if any of you could share any of these,
Risk assessments - method statements. Window cleaning
Risk assessments - method statements. Builders cleans (new build)
Your help would be great if any of you could help many thanks.. :)

Feel free to use this blank RA form I used in another life as a H&S manager. Fairly simple process to fill in the form with the all the risks you can identify. Some are obvious trips from trailing hoses, slips from water/ice or of course working from height. Some not so obvious working in the sun.

Use the severity x likelihood to give the risk score and colour code using the risk matrix. If possible it is always best to eliminate risk but if not make sure there is a control measure in place to reduce the risk/likelihood.
