Window cleaning your way around the UK
« on: April 07, 2013, 10:32:33 am »
Watched a TV programme other night about Mike Brewer who is travelling around the world buying and selling cars starting with $3000 and aim is to have a supercar worth $30000 at end of series .......... so got me thinking.

Sell up ... buy a double cab install a system and a big caravan and start new round in say the April and build it up during summer ... sell on the round in October / November travel abroad during UK winter them come back to UK and do it all again but in a different part of the UK.

I may have pikey blood in me  ;D

Good way to see the world (well UK) ...... caravan = low overheads plus you can claim for site rent for caravan as housing benefit if on low income ... working tax credits as well  :o :o

Pipe dream maybe but no kids at home anymore ... missus likes caravanning and travelling so you never know  :)

Old mate of mine cleans windows in Summer on the West coast of Ireland B and B's , guest houses, hotels etc...
They don't want him in winter so he flies off to South America for the winter and starts again in the summer.
I couldn't cope with the hassle of buying another car every year and renting a new flat but seems to work for them.
