Anyone have one of these?
I need to know the weight of trolley with battery (no water), how easy it is to lift in and out of van and wether it gets many air locks when in use.
We currently use back packs on trolleys but are getting fed up with how un-reliable they are when in constant use, we have tried almost all makes of back backs but find they fail after about 6 months. The only back packs we found that lasted were the Matabi ones, we had two which lasted around 7 years, but can't get them no more.
We have tried a Freedom trolley (one of the first ones) but found it quite heavy constantly lifting in and out and suffered with lots of air locks, which is why we went to back packs.
Before anyone says go for van-mount we have decided against this option, firstly because we also use van for pressure washing and the equipment we use fills the entire transit van, so having a built in tank for pure water not an option, secondly we have tried hosing from van and find it difficult for many jobs and for safety reasons I do not like hose running across public pavements, too many old people in our area who seem to be able to trip on fresh air.
If we can't find a suitable ready made trolley we will try and look at getting one made.
