As long as you understand. Remember you have a mix of people from well educated to near no education in this industry and there will be chaps who will have problems with the English. I am not surprised with an education that has no way to reinforce good teaching that changes every year. As long as the upper class have good schools all is well with our country.

Im as guilty as the next person for being a spelling Nazi ( and spelling wrong!), but the thing that gets me is "of" as in " I could of" or done as in "I done 3 windows" grrrrr  ;D
