anyone know best place for bolts and spreader plates?

i would try black smiths or ironmongry  or metal fablicator  :)

You can buy flat bar online it comes in all widths and thicknesses.
Get the right width and cut off however many lengths you need.
Drill a hole in the middle and your sorted.
Bolts, any diy place
Alternatively give me some dimensions and I'll make you some, I'm an engineer in my other job ;D
