Re: Transfer pump anyone? New

Right then, had this a couple of weeks.

After Robert's help I managed to get a fitting for the outlet, it is 1" BSP if anyone needs to know. I have a single 1" male to 1" male (both BSP) and Hozelock extra large connector to connect a hose to the outlet.

Eventually had chance to give it a go today.

Never managed to even switch it on though.

The inlet hose is absolute rubbish. It comes out of the box tightly wound. To get this into the source tank it has to be unwound. Whilst gently doing this the bloody thing tore like a piece of paper.

I doubt I had a random dodgy hose so I'd say they're all the same.

Can't comment on the performance of the pump but so far it's been a right royal pain!
