Well guys it's been nice knowing you all.

Tomorrow I return to hospital for further surgery.

The surgeon will be opening my spine and attempting to "scrape" out a tumour through which all the nerves controlling my body from the waste down are passing/being squeezed to death.

Three possible outcomes are

I'm dead!

I'm paralysed from the waste down

THe surgeon does a fantastic job in which case I shall be back for more banter from you lot!

I know which of these three options I would prefer!!

I wish you the best of luck with your operation &, my mother recently had the similar operation, she was back up moving around the next day !.
Im sure youll be fine, the methods they use these days are very good.

I had a back op in 2008, nothing to do with a Tumor, but they got me on my feet again, and im sure that the people seeing to you will do a grand job.

Dont give the nurses a leaflet as i did, as they had me cleaning their floors within three days, just keep schtum!

I know someone who has just had a similar op, two weeks later and he's cleaning his own teeth again, modern medicine is amazing.
