£60 a month is ok - couple of hours work - it's not like he's asking for 10xcleans  ;D

Not if you already clean in tamworth - would be easy to fit in for someone established?

If a few houses were for sale scattered about my town I guarantee they'd fit in with the rounds I have  :)
