this is true,my brother runs a pc shop the amount of rent and rates he pays is a joke he needs to make over £2k a month to break even people running a repair center from home with a pick up service have it better then he does, oh and he has had to sack his £3 a week window cleaner too he is having to save money everywhere just to make enof to carry on,

I think it will switch the other way, we already have ebay shops, the likes of Amazon might make an appearance in the empty shops, you never know

I am picking up charity shops as they get reduced rates, they are opening everywhere, just picked a cafe that is a charity because it is a drop in centre
