When you create an estimate I think you have the option to email it.

I still think it would be better for invoices if you had a option to add colour preferably blue to company details , It would make them look more professional rather than black and white it is the only complain I have. Mike

When you create an estimate there's just an option to tick a box called 'estimate' it doesnt create a document, which is what is implied in the OP.

Cant work out what Dave is talking about. Talk us through it Dave can you as to how you get to creating this document? Cheers.

Rise

Click on jobs ( as if you are creating a new customer ) tick estimate fill in details as if it was a new customer remember to put in price then click save , go to planner and estimate will show up on planner click estimate it then gives you the option to email and add comments ding dong ....try you own email first

Mine always come up with blue background just like the invoices excellent

Have emailed chris re my last request they are also looking at adding auto text messages and gps routing

This is what Ive got when I click the job in The Planner.

Thats odd, no esitmate button on mine. Maybe theres a setting inside the gubbins that changes that.

It could be because you've got your own email address on the estimate - you need to have the prospective customer's address there

Just to clarify how the estimate emails work...

You create a job and tick the Estimate checkbox, then add it to the Planner. At this point, the Estimate will be marked 'To Do'. Mark the estimate Done and adjust the price when you know what you want to charge, e.g. this might be after you have visited the customer. At this point, you should see the Send Estimate button at the bottom of the Edit Job popup.

Mike: I may be able to help you with your logo... do you use anything at the moment, e.g. on your van, or have any idea how you would like it to look?

Hi chris i dont use any signage at the moment , But part of my uniform is a pale blue polo-shirt and a darker blue sweatshirt .

When i was doing my own invoices with the company name been in royal blue my business cards from vistaprint have a pale blue water effect on them,  so open to interpretation with incoperation of 2-3 shades of blue and grey to blend with current invoice colour .

Would be really grateful if you could produce something for me thanks Mike

Mick, just email me your latest George backup.geo file to import@aworka.com, and I can import your customer data directly from that.
