Water Fed Trolly 25 Ltr
« on: January 11, 2013, 09:59:44 pm »
Hi I am considering buying 25 litre water fed trolley system to start a new window cleaning service in the spring. This is an all in one system that purifies the water as you work. Does anyone out there have any experiences or advice about this purchase and how much water would I use to clean an average home. I plan to window clean approx 3 hours per day.

I have a diy 25l trolley (it looks similar to the trolley in your link) where i can use it with pure or attach a 4.6l di vessel to purify. It works great, i have added 30 metres of pole hose that wraps around the handles of the trolley, so you can either park the trolley at the front of the house and use the hose or just wheel the trolley round, depending on the type of access you have. I would get 8 barrels to be safe for 3 hours work, obviously depends on size of house for how many litres you would use. The advantage with a trolley system that purifies is that if you run out of water at the back of a house and they have a tap, you can fill up there instead of going back to your vehicle. Its a good way to start off with wfp, i have a van mount and a trolley, i drop my guy off with the trolley and a few barrels at a group of houses and then i go and clean another group in the van and pick him up later :)

The pump on the trolley draws tap water from the barrel and pumps it through the di vessel mounted on the back of the trolley
